Stuart is a strategic safety leader with 35 years’ experience in driving cultural transformation across AUD$12B of major capital projects in four countries and has held roles to Country Manager HSE level. Stuart is a specialist in contractor safety management, having overseen workforces of 3500+ to deliver excellent safety performance with a 40% reduction in recordable incident rates. He has a proven ability to work with and influence all levels of Tier 1 and 2 contractor organisations and navigate complex regulatory requirements within technically challenging projects in high-risk sectors including oil and gas, mining and construction. Stuart specialises in contractor management, major capex project safety management, board diagnostic and safety leadership.
